Abstract:Ultraviolet band‐C (UV‐C) micro‐light‐emitting diodes (Micro ‐LEDs) with high optical power density are increasingly demanded in the utilization of sterilization, solar‐blind communications, and neuroscience for the robust structure and adjustable emission wavelength.
