Abstract: Study Objectives: Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest is associated with higher survival rates when treated with early defibrillation. In cases of refractory ventricular fibrillation (v-fib), double sequential defibrillation (DSD) has been proposed as an effective alternative treatment.
