357. Apparatus for routine estimation of oxygen in tins of milk powder

Abstract: An apparatus has been developed for the routine estimation of oxygen in the headspace gas of tins of dried milk. The sampling device is an integral part of the apparatus, which is constructed mainly of metal and is simple to operate.
