Abstract:This paper presents a 3D complex envelope leapfrog alternatingdirection-implicit finite-difference time-domain method. Compared with the previous work, the proposed method costs less computation runtime and memory while maintaining similar accuracy. The stability, accuracy and efficiency of the method are demonstrated by the numerical examples.
