Abstract. Even though satellite images are highly used in disaster risk management, however due to long update frequency and low resolution in some cases, the accurate on the systems and fast search task is not feasible. Therefore, it is required to introduce new technology to improve disaster risk management by providing coarse and multi-view images. In this paper, we propose a new architecture to integrate satellite images, aerial photographs captured from UAVs, data collected by ground wireless sensor networks and cartographic information are integrated using a new-layered architecture.
