40‐4: Effect of Evaporation Stagnation on the Performance of OLED Device

Abstract

Due to the constraints of sequential evaporation for RGB pixel in side by side OLED structure, different thickness of emitting layers, the difference of tact time and so on, the evaporation substrate will be deposited in buffer waiting for a period of time. In this study, it is found that the stagnation of evaporation during OLED manufacturing will decrease the performance of device, while optimizing device fabrication process can greatly improve the device performance.
