4CPS-162 Triple whammy drug-drug interaction: clinical relevance and results of pharmaceutical intervention

Abstract: treatment due to poor tolerance. Regarding the satisfaction survey, 92.4% of the patients reported call was useful to them 95.8% were satisfied or very satisfied with care received at the FVP and at the phone call.
