“…Similar to the natural enzyme HRP and reported nanozymes, 41,42 the catalytic activity of the Zn 3 V 2 O 7 (OH) 2 ·2H 2 O nanozyme is also easily affected by the pH and temperature, respectively. Thus, the influences of pH and temperature on the peroxidase-like activity of Zn 3 V 2 O 7 (OH) 2 ·2H 2 O were optimized.…”

“…As shown in Figures 6b and c, the fluorescence intensity of DAP at 552 nm increased gradually with the concentration of DA changes in the range of 1–1000 μ M, in which the fluorescence intensity was proportional to DA concentration between 1∼80 μ M (R 2 =0.993) with the limit of detection (LOD) of 0.04 μ M (S/N=3, ΔF is the difference of F and F 0 , fluorescence intensity presence and absence of DA). Note that such a sensing performance of FC‐66(3) for DA is at the high level of recent literature studies (Table S3) [49–54] . INAzyme FC‐66 achieves the purpose of “turning‐on‐enhanced” detection of DA by gaining in four areas: (1) the external framework of FC‐66 provides high local concentration of active sites and substrates; (2) hexanuclear [Ce 6 O 4 (OH) 4 ] 12+ clusters on the frame and internal FeMo 6 enabling efficient mass transfer between cascade system; (3) and then minimizing active intermediate decomposition; (4) thus FC‐66 successful simulating sophisticated confining sequential cascading strategies in nature.…”

[49][50][51][52][53][54] INAzyme FC-66 achieves the purpose of "turning-on-enhanced" detection of DA by gaining in four areas: To validate the practicality of the FC-66-OPD system, it was used for the detection of DA in dopamine hydrochloride injection. First, results of run experiment of FC-66(3) as cascade Chemistry-A European Journal sensing-pattern (Figure S15) show that cascade enzyme-mimic activities do not decrease significantly after subsequent five runs under the same conditions, and XRD, IR, and TEM analysis showed that the peak positions of FC-66(3) were similar before and after the evaluation of cascade enzyme-mimic activities (Figures S16-S18), delivering that FC-66(3) was highly stable and reproducible after detection reaction.…”

“…The result of N 1s spectrum provides the evidence that the porphyrin has been modified on the CuCo 2 O 4 nanomaterial successfully. [33][34][35] The Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra of CuCo 2 O 4 , H 2 TCPP/CuCo 2 O 4 , and H 2 TCPP were recorded to further investigate the composition (Fig. 2F).…”
