Abstract: BackgroundFecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) is the treatment of choice for recurrent C. difficile infection (CDI), but limited data exist on long-term real world outcomes of FMT and optimal routes of administration.MethodsWe performed a survey of patients who received FMT for CDI at UCLA Health.
