Abstract:Esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC) is one of the most aggressive gastrointestinal tumor. High mortality is due to difficulties in diagnosis at an early stage and to its biological aggressive features. Little is know about the association between esophageal microbiome dysbiosis and EAC pathogenesis.
