545 Converting Inpatient Consults to Directly Scheduled Outpatient Procedures

Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Hospitalized patients undergo many tests which can reveal medical issues unrelated to their primary reason for hospitalization. This can lead to consultant evaluations which are necessary, although often not urgent.
