585 Intralesional injection of rose bengal improves the efficacy of gemcitabine chemotherapy against pancreatic cancer

Abstract: BackgroundChemotherapy regimens that include gemcitabine are considered standard of care in patients with advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
