Abstract: Heat shock proteins (HSP) are a kind of chaperones, up-regulated after various stress reactions. HSPs classified on molecular sizes, HSP 90 inhibitor have been tried a adjuvant therapy on the treatment of melanoma. We evaluated apoptosis and necrosis of human normal melanocyte and melanoma cell line treated with HSP90 inhibitor, 17-Dimethylaminoethylamino-17-demethoxygeldanamycin, 17-DMAG), under hyperthermia condition.
