Abstract: Although visible femtosecond lasers based on nonlinear frequency conversion of Ti:sapphire femtosecond oscillators or near-infrared ultrafast lasers have been well developed, limitations in terms of footprint, cost, and efficiency have called for alternative laser solutions.
