Abstract: Fluoxetine hydrochloride (FH) in combination with Olanzapine (OZ) is used in treatment of depressive episodes associated with bipolar disorder. The first derivative spectrophotometric method for simultaneous determination of fluoxetine hydrochloride (FH) and olanzapine (OZ) from two component tablet dosage form has been developed and validated.
