Abstract: . Patients who underwent Descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty were enrolled in the study. We performed a comprehensive overview of the advantages of the surgery and analyzed the donor tissue selection criteria, indications, detailed surgical techniques of the procedure, and surgical outcomes. Results: Our cohort included 13 patients. We had successful results for all of our patients, with final visual acuity of more than 6/12.
