80th anniversary of the Institute of Botany of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Abstract: The article is devoted to the 80th anniversary of the Institute of Botany of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the 130th anniversary of one of its founders and leaders, prominent botanist and academician Yevgeniy Petrovich Korovin. A brief essay of the history of the Institute of Botany and a list of the most important publications for 80 years (1940–2020) are given.

This protection continues in present-day Kyrgyzstan ( Mosolova 2006 ) and Uzbekistan ( Tojibaev 2009 ).
