Abstract:Carnosic acids and other bioactive substances in rosemary essential oil help regulate weight by decreasing dietary fat absorption. This study examined how 380mg of encapsulated rosemary oil affected body mass index and waist-to-hip ratio. 40 obese women were studied. The eight-week study.
