Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji job insecurity, self efficacy dan emotional exhaustion terhadap kinerja karyawan kontrak di Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan kuisioner. Sampel berjumlah 50 responden.
