Abstract

Aptitude au stockage de bulbes d'oignon (Allium cepa L.) dans les conditions climatiques de la vallée du fleuve Sénégal. 20175treatments (75%) revealed bulbs weight loss located between 25 and 30 g per week. Mean storage duration is 13 weeks with a variation from 10 to 16 weeks. Tunic thickness reduces between 1 th and 3 rd week of storage expected OF1_MF3 (0 t.ha -1 of cow dung + 0.5 t.ha -1 of 10-10-20) treatment which maintains its thickness after 4 weeks. Conclusion and application of findings: Incorporation of a dose at most 0.5 t.ha -1 of mineral fertilizer and organic matter spreading in plots allow to increase storage under shed.
