Abstract: Background: Smoking is a health problem in Indonesia with a high level of use. Data from Riskesdas (2018) in Padang City shows the prevalence of adolescent smokers at the age of less than 20 years (66.2%). The effects of smoking can be dangerous to death because cigarettes have 4000 addictive substances such as carbon monoxide and nicotine that are additive and carciogenetic.
