Abstract: Hemangiomas are benign neoplasms, common in the head and neck region, but very infrequent in the paranasal sinuses. They grow slowly and can be locally destructive due to the pressure exerted on the bone. These characteristics make them difficult to differentiate from malignant tumors originating in paranasal sinuses.
