Abstract: Introduction: Aggressive angiomyxoma are rare myxoid soft tissue neoplasms, affecting the pelvis and the perineum, rarely encountered in extragenital sites, with a marked preponderance for females in the reproductive age group. AAMs are thought to be benign, locally infiltrative and nonmetastasizing.
