Abstract: This work tries to present theoretical studies and docking analysis on the small novel molecule irilone as a progesterone receptor (PR) effect supporter in endometrial and ovarian cancer cell lines. The quantum mechanical computations are done using B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p) level of theory on the molecule under study at room temperature. The theoretical calculations showed that irilone is a stable small molecule with high electrophilicity property. The density of states (DOS) graph indicated that the virtual orbitals… Show more

“…Modern successes of interventional radiology in improving cardiovascular care are associated with the clinical and analytical works of pioneers of this most important field of medicine of the 20th century. The development of the system of X-ray endovascular care for cardiovascular diseases has changed the negative trends associated with circulatory system diseases [21,22]. From the very beginning of the coronary angioplasty era (1977), a German cardiologist Andreas Grüntzig, who developed a unique balloon catheter and performed the first therapeutic X-ray endovascular coronary procedure in a patient with coronary heart disease, systematically collected information from all over the world about patients who had percutaneous coronary interventions performed to better understand and improve the quality of X-ray endovascular care.…”
