Abstract:Paracetamol (acetaminophen) (PA) is a widely used as an analgesic and antipyretic drug that is commonly available in without a prescription. Paracetamol has been used to treat many diseases such as headache, muscle aches, arthritis, backache, toothaches, colds, and fevers.
