Abstract:With the increasing life expectancy, it is needed to know the amplitude and mechanisms of how physical exercises can improve the health, functional ability, quality of life and independence among this population. The regular physical activity aim is to improve cardiorespiratory, muscular, skeletal systems, and to reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases.
