Abstract:Spondylatrhritis is a multifaceted disease, primary involving the axial skeleton. But sometimes, the patient present either with articular involvement plus other organ invelovement, or with only extraarticular involvement. As the most frequent, uveitis is the main extraarticular manifestation (EAM) of spondylarthritis.
