“…Most interventions targeted physical activity (75/80, 93.8% 51,54,55,57,58,60–62,64–68,70–72,74–81,83–108,110,112–133 ), few targeted sedentary behavior (6/80, 7.5% 59,80,98,100,109,127 ), or sleep (7/80, 8.8% 69,77,82,109,111,114,128 ). Most targeted just one movement behavior (72/80, 90.0%), typically physical activity (68/80, 85.0% 51,54,55,57,58,60–68,70–76,78,79,81,83–97,99,101–108,110,112,113,115–126,129–133 ); three targeted sleep alone (3/80, 3.8% 82,111 ); and one targeted sedentary behavior (1/80, 1.3% 59 ). Where two movement behaviors were targeted (8/80, 10.0%), these were physical activity and sedentary behavior (4/80, 5.0% 80,98,100,127 ) and physical activity and sleep (3/80, 3.8% 77,114,128 ), ...…”

“…Most interventions (53/80, 66.3%) were delivered entirely remotely (i.e., no face‐to‐face or telephone‐based intervention components). Twenty‐one (26.3%) interventions had one or more in‐person components (group exercise classes, 13/80, 16.3% 55,57,60,62,64,65,72,73,76,116,119–121 ; group education sessions, 9/80, 11.3% 60,67,72,74–76,96,116,117 ; individual counseling, 5/80, 6.3% 57,71,74,115,119 ), and 11 (13.8%) interventions incorporated a telephone call‐based component (counseling, 8/80, 10.0% 53,72,73,75,76,125,126,129 or a reminder to use the intervention, 3/80, 3.8% 81,105,133 ).…”
