A 19.5 GHz 5-Bit Digitally Programmable Phase Shifter for Active Antenna Arrays

Abstract: This paper presents the design of a new phase shifter to be used in a receiver of active antenna array operating in the range from 17 GHz to 22 GHz. Beamforming is achieved by controlling the phase of the signal in each radiant element.
