Abstract:This paper proposes a new, compact, wideband 3D horn antenna for biomedical wireless applications such as cancer and tumor detection. In order to achieve the best penetration level, the antenna has been built and tuned to work in the low frequency range of 0.48 – 1.24 GHz, which can exhibit a high-resolution detection result.
