α-Glucosidase Inhibitory Activity of Common Traditional Medicinal Plants Used for Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract: Inhibition of α-glucosiase and the associated reduction of glucose absorption is an attractive approach for decreasing postprandial hyperglycemia and for the discovery of potent antidiabetic agents.
