Using Lipinski's rule of five on the SCFBIO web server (http://www.scfbio-iitd. res.in/software/ drugdesign/lipinski.jsp), curcumin was utilized for further drug-likeness analysis. It was regarded as a successful forecast when two minimal guidelines ABSTRACT COVID-19 has become a global pandemic since 2020. The search for promising drugs based on the abundant herbal ingredients in Indonesia is one of the breakthroughs. Curcumin is a chemical compound with various potentials such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiviral. We conducted a molecular docking analysis to determine the potential of curcumin against SARS-CoV-2 non-structural and structural proteins, such as the main protease and spike protein. This study used the compound of curcumin (PubChem CID: 969516) from Curcuma longa L. or turmeric and two Indonesian SARS-CoV-2 isolates that have been deposited in the GISAID database (hCoV-19/Indonesia/JI-PNF-217315/2021 -EPI_ ISL_12777089 or lineage B.1.617.2 and hCoV-19/Indonesia/JI-PNF-211373/2021 -EPI_ISL_6425649 or lineage B.1.470). In addition, we used molnupiravir (PubChem CID: 145996610) as a drug control. We performed molecular docking analysis with PyRx software 0.9.9 (academic license) and visualization of molecular docking results with PyMOL software 2.5.4 (academic license). The results of this study found that curcumin had good potential against main protease and spike protein compared to the drug (control). In summary, we suggested that curcumin is a potential drug candidate against SARS-CoV-2. However, there is a need for future wet laboratory-based pre-clinical research such as in vitro and in vivo.

Financial sustainability is the organization’s capability to maintain the finance in the future to meet its goals. Financial sustainability became an attractive topic in research. ScienceDirect is a website that contains a database of quality research in the world and also publishes many published articles related to the public sector. This study aims to map the trends of publications related to the public sector. This study uses a visualization bibliometric approach, with data obtained from ScienceDirect and then analyzed with VOS Viewer. This study uses the keywords "financial sustainability", the years’ range is 2013 up to 2022, the article type is research articles, and the subject area of (1) economics, econometrics, and finance, and (2) business, management, and accounting found there are 734 articles. Analysis with VOS Viewer with a minimum of related document 25 shows that there are 2 research clusters, with 60 items, 1669 links, and a total link strength of 10656. Research on financial sustainability is very diverse and extensive with almost the same average number, effect related to 232, development 226, evidence, and performance 137, but some areas can still be developed because rarely discussed. Stunting is a condition in which a person's height is less than normal based on age and gender. The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia in 2021 is 24.4%. This illustrates that stunting is still a problem that cannot be resolved in Indonesia. Research on the incidence of stunting was carried out to determine its relationship with insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) levels. Search results on the Pubmed database obtained 446 English-language articles published from 1993 – April 12, 2023. The results of bibliometric analysis and VOSViewer show that new research trends began to be seen in 2018 to 2023 even though there had been publications previously in 1993 and 2000, but very minimal amount. The most dominating document types were journal articles with 310 publications (69.51%) and reviews with 89 publications (19.96%). The most trending keywords are humans (268), female (176), male (145), animals (142), insulin-like growth factor i/metabolism (94), child (74), adult (60), mice (56), pregnancy (47) and child preschool (43). The publishing journals that published the most articles were Frontiers in Endochronolgy (22 publications), International Journal of Molecular Sciences (19 publications), Scientific Reports (13 publications). The highest number of author collaborations is from the USA with 78 articles being the country with the most collaboration on both SCP and MCP with an MCP to SCP ratio of 0.244. China ranks second with the number of articles of 63 with an MCP ratio of 0.190.
