A Biocontrol Option to Control a Foodborne Pathogen; Using Campylobacter Bacteriophages to Control Campylobacter in Poultry

Abstract: Campylobacter is a leading cause of foodborne illnesses both in Australia and internationally, and is frequently found in poultry.
