Vocational Blended Learning (VBL) has been applied in Information Systems Management courses at one of the vocational colleges in Indonesia. This research objective was to measure student learning result after going through the learning process with the VBL model. The research was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis techniques, with simple random sampling of 51 students who were divided into control class and experimental class. Learning results data were obtained through the comparison of the pretest and posttest results both in the field of theory and practice. The results in the control class showed that for the theoretical field there was an average increase in value of 18.619 points, the field of practice obtained an average increase in value of 75.72 points. While in the experimental class there was an average increase in value of 16,075 points for theory, and 76.8 points for practice. It can be concluded that there was no significant difference between conventional learning models (control class) and learning with blended learning models (experimental class). Therefor blended learning can be applied in vocational education through the Vocational Blended Learning model.

Using technology in Covid-19 time's classroom is a given. Many teachers, how-ever, prefer to use chalkboards both because they have difficulty adapting to new methods and because they believe teaching with a chalkboard is more effective. Writing with chalk on a blackboard makes it easier to control the pace of a lecture because it induces to talk while writing, thus giving to the students the time to as-similate new information and to take notes properly. To make it possible for teachers to continue lecturing with this method but in dis-tance learning mode, as required by the anti-Covid-19 provisions, an easy and in-expensive automatic shooting system has been developed, that can be used by schools and universities with minimum effort. To take advantage of the devel-oped software, it is sufficient to have a smartphone (or a webcam) and a PC, without the need for other expensive hardware. The method has been experiment-ed and found to be very effective in our department with a number of colleagues completely relying on it to deliver classes.

Analyzing Student’s Learning Interests in the Implementation of Blended Learning Using Data Mining

<p class="0keywords">Blended Learning combines teaching and learning activities in the classroom and online teaching. In its implementation, this learning method requires a lot of data. One of them is the student's online test score data which can be used as an evaluation of learning. For this reason, in this study, data mining is used to determine the results of online student examinations as well as to determine student interest in learning about the implementation of Blended Learning. Data mining techniques are used in the logs of online learning session results, so that one can assess the online learning system used. By assessing the system, it can be identified which students who have studied hard and those who have not studied in the online exam. The series data used are student test score data on the State Polytechnic of Malang Learning Management System (LMS). The student score dataset is arranged based on variables in the Educational Process Mining (EPM) Dataset of UCI, which are obtained from teacher’s assignments. In addition, data mining classification is used to determine student interest in learning towards blended learning. In the process of data mining, comparative analysis is carried out using the features of the RapidMiner tool to carry out the process of student data for training and data validation. This process uses several algorithms along with student data which is divided into two sets for training and validation. From the results of data mining calculations produce a classification with minimum errors. From the test, the resulting linear regression algorithm has RMSE 0.000 and SE 0.000, while the neural network algorithm has RMSE 0.525 and SE 0.275.</p>
