Abstract:Retroperitoneal liposarcomas (RLSs) are uncommon mesenchymal tumors that might present a diagnostic challenge due to their rarity and anatomical location. Despite grossly complete resections, they are commonly linked to a high recurrence rate, necessitating long-term or indefinite follow-up.
