Abstract:Nephrotic syndrome is a condition characterized by proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia, edema, hyperlipidemia, and a hypercoagulable state. Nephrotic syndrome may lead to several complications, including, but not limited to, increased risk of infection, respiratory distress, and thromboembolism.
