Abstract:The usual features of the acrocallosal syndrome (ACLS) are agenesis of the corpus callosum, mental retardation, prominent craniofacial deformities, and specific digital abnormalities. ACLS is a rare genetic disorder which may be autosomal recessive, however it usually occurs sporadically.
