A case of Bilateral anterior thalamic symmetrical infarction

Abstract: Background: Bilateral anterior thalamic symmetrical infarction is very rare in clinical practice and has not been reported so far. Here, we introduce a patient with symmetrical bilateral anterior thalamic infarction, and discuss his symptoms, treatment process, late follow-up and potential mechanisms.
