A case of bilateral endogenous endophthalmitis misdiagnosed as Purtscher’s retinopathy

Abstract: Background: Purtscher's retinopathy characterized by the appearance of cotton-wool spots and intraretinal hemorrhage at the posterior pole that commonly occurs after severe head and chest trauma.
