Abstract: Anaphylaxis during anesthesia is an unforeseeable and potentially life threatening syndrome that is dose independent. Ketamine is a widely used hypnotic for procedural sedation in the emergency department, in anesthesia and intensive care units (ICU). It is popularly employed for both children and adult patients.
