Abstract:The incidence of malnutrition is increasing in cases with malignancies in which catabolism is increased. Burkitt lymphoma and leukemia is differentiated by the ratio of blastic cells in bone marrow (>25% or <25%). The primary tumor is usually in the abdomen in cases with Burkitt lymphoma.
