A Case of Cervical Spondylotic Amyotrophy Mimicking Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

Abstract: Cervical spondylotic amyotrophy (CSA) is a rare clinical condition characterized by weakness and atrophy of the upper limb with minimal to no associated sensory deficits. The detection of the disease is based on clinical features at presentation, neurological examination, electrophysiological studies, and imaging.
