A Case of Chilblains-like Lesions Post SARS-CoV-2 Vaccine?

Abstract: SARS-CoV-2 has been described to cause "COVID [coronavirus disease] toes," a chilblains-like syndrome.1,2,3 A 33-year-old White woman was evaluated in the hospital for painful new-onset blue and purple nodules on the tips of 3 fingers and 2 toes, 7 days after receiving the Moderna SARS-CoV-2 vaccine (Figure 1).
