Abstract:Chronic eosinophilic pneumonia (CEP) is not a commonly encountered pulmonary disease that presents with bilateral pulmonary infiltrates accompanied by peripheral and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) eosinophilia. Recovery is rapid with systemic steroids but has frequent recurrences.
