Abstract:Background Lysozyme-induced nephropathy (LyN) is a rare cause of acute kidney injury (AKI) in patients with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML). Diagnosing LyN is challenging due to the numerous potential and concurrent aetiologies.
