Abstract:Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare and aggressive blood cancer that often presents with skin lesions and can involve other organs, including the bone marrow. Despite initial responses to treatment, most patients eventually experience disease progression.
