Abstract:Introduction/Objective
Sarcoidosis is a syndrome of unknown cause that may manifest with clinical, radiographic and pathological findings similar to those seen with histoplasmosis. We present a case of disseminated histoplasmosis in an immunocompetent patient previously diagnosed with sarcoidosis.
