Abstract: Rationale: Gastric-type endocervical adenocarcinoma (GAS) is non-human papillomavirus-associated cervical cancer and the location of the lesions is in the cervical canal mostly.Patient concerns: Vaginal discharge is mistakenly thought to be caused by uterine fibroids.
