A Case of Hemorrhagic Cholecystitis due to Dieulafoy's Lesion of the Gallbladder

Abstract: Dieulafoy's lesion of gallbladder is extremely rare, and little is known of its etiology. A 59-year-old male was admitted with fever, epigastralgia, and jaundice. Laboratory data showed severe inflammation, mild liver dysfunction, and obstructive jaundice. Ultrasonography showed the gallbladder tightly filled with debris, but there were no gallstones.
