Abstract:Hyperglycemia sometimes initially presents with neurological manifestations, including seizures, visual hallucinations, choreoathetosis, hemiballismus, myoclonus, tremor, and consciousness disturbance. Epileptic seizures induced by hyperglycemia are reported to occur predominantly in the occipital lobe, and the epileptic form is mainly epilepsia partialis continua.
